It was overcast so we had to leave the house to conserve batteries for the evenings heating.
Dinner was left over Brisket made into Beef Brisket Burgers.
Warmed up the brisket (enough for generous heaps on each burger). On a fresh and buttered bun, place a piece/pile/crumble/spread/heap of cheese of yours choice (we used shaved Parmesan for this occasion), a generous amount of homemade coleslaw, generous amount of brisket, top with garlic aoli and burger bun.
Homemade coleslaw –
1/4 green cabbage
1/4 red cabbage
2 carrots
2 green apples
(All above ingredients julienned fine)
Whole egg mayo
Salt & pepper to taste
